Glamorous Full Lips In Seconds

To make your lips look fabulously full, apply lipstick as usual, then add a dot of shimmery gloss to the center of your top and bottom lips.  Next, brush a beige-colored eye shadow along the edge of your upper lip.

 

Why it works: Shimmery gloss on the most prominent part of your pucker will encourage light to bounce off this area, creating the illusion of fullness. Then, the beige shadow about your lips also enhances the look by shifting the focus to your bottom lip, which is considerably fuller than the top for most people.
